1. Strategic Consultation. We will meet at a time that is convenient for you and clearly define your home-buying goals, needs, wants and expectations. I will outline the complete home buying process and answer any questions you may have.
I will then provide you with a customized plan specifically designed to address your real estate objectives and help define a home-buying strategy that insures your success. In addition, you will have full access to my core team (inspectors, home warranty protection, moving companies, etc.), and will be provided tools and systems to help facilitate and organize your home search.
2. Financial pre-qualification and pre-approval. I will provide you with information on lenders in your area, and help to coordinate appointments/meetings for you.
3. Begin your home search. Based on the information you provided during our consultation, I will begin the process of selecting properties to view on your behalf to determine if it meets your needs/expectations.
4. Tour homes. We will begin to tour the homes you are interested in previewing, and discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each home in relation to your specific needs.
5. Ongoing updates. I will provide you with ongoing updates on available homes, and (if you would like to be more involved in the process) set up a personalized system for you to receive home search updates directly to your computer.
6. Compare. I will assist you in comparing homes along the way, and ultimately making a decision.
